A lot of writing ...

... but very little blogging. The push is on to get my latest manuscript ready for submission. All the figures and tables have been polished to a nice sheen, and now the text needs to be brought into line. Add to this that mid-year evaluations need to be submitted by the end of the month and I'm a busy fellow. Which means a drop in my blogging rate.

I'm sure I'll blurt something out now and again, but it won't pick up in earnest until this paper is out the door.

I'm right there with you. my defense is quickly approaching and I've been writing and analyzing like crazy.

In the process I've finally learned to use EstimateS and I've figured out how to make Geneious bin environmental clones into OTUs, I love that program!

Hmmm, you mind shooting me an email to tell me how you did that with Geneious?

I promise I'll be your friend if you do!

It's my next pub for 2010. Waiting for my collaborators to finish writing up their sections, have already spoken to the journal we're sending it to and they're happy to have it (they don't usually do reviews).
